Humanities study associations
Why would you join a study association? Well, first of all, it’s a great way to enrich your student life by combining activities relevant to your degree with having a good time. The associations are a great way to get to know your fellow students. You can take part in a large number of activities, including trips, parties, drinks and lectures. Being a member can also have some practical benefits, such as discounts on your course books.
The Faculty of Humanities has four study associations:
- Icarus
Icarus is the study association for students of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Sciences. - Kliché
Kliché is the study association for all students of Communication and Information Sciences (CIW), Literature and Society (L&S) and Media, Art, Design and Architecture (MKDA). - Merlijn
Merlijn is the study association for all History students. - Synkratos
Synkratos is the study association for students of Archaeology, Ancient Studies and Greek and Latin Literature and Culture.
